It provides 3x Analog/Digital, 1x UART, and 2x I2C connectors, plus a vertical Stemma QT port for extra I2C. Grove uses a 4-pin 2mm connector, and each port type (UART, I2C, etc.) must match the corresponding Grove sensor. Keep in mind the Feather boards capabilities, as not all have the same number of analog inputs or UART support.
