It includes 4 GB DDR4 for the processing system, 2 GB DDR4 for programmable logic, and 128 MB QSPI Flash. With high-speed connectivity (8 GTY transceivers at 28.21 Gbps, 4 PS-GTR at 6 Gbps), it operates in -40C to +85C, powered by a single 5V supply, and fits a compact 115 x 85 mm form factor with dual Samtec connectors.
