MOC3061 IC - Zero-Cross Optoisolators Triac Drive IC

The MOC3061 devices consist of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to monolithic silicon detectors performing the functions of Zero Voltage Crossing bilateral triac drivers.
